Changes to service during firebreaker lockdown

Following Welsh Government’s announcement of the firebreaker lockdown, we have reviewed the services we can offer during this period.

From Friday 23^rd October 6pm until Monday 9^th November:

• We will only be carrying out emergency repairs
• Outdoor work will still go ahead where safe to do so
• Grounds maintenance service from Rakes and Ladders will also continue where safe to do so

Repairs scheduled for this week will still take place. We will be in touch with any scheduled after Friday 23^rd October.

We will review the situation after the firebreaker period depending on Welsh Government guidelines after this period.

Update 12/11/20:

We have started to do some Repairs again. Note that we are working our way through the backlog as a result of the recent lockdown and response times may be longer than usual.  Thank you for your patience.
